The other monitor works on DVI but only at lower resolutions - higher resolutions cause flickering and I suspect it's just a matter of time before both displays stop working when connected with DVI. Same story, DVI port is dead on one monitor. Today I had another user complain that one monitor isn't working. Thinking it must be a faulty computer frying the(onboard intel HD graphics) frying the DVI ports on the monitors I swapped the computer out, and one monitor and all is well. Both DVI ports are now dead on the two monitors. Next I tried replacing the DVI cable and when that failed I then tried a different computer. After 5 minutes the DVI connected monitor started flickering before dying completely. In the first instance I swapped the DVI and VGA cables between the monitors, and both monitors came back to life, for around 5 minutes. It's the DVI connected monitor that stopped working. Last week I had a user report that one of their dual screen monitors has stopped working.
